I've been taking my daughter there for a year and I love her doctor Dr.Hart they always get her in and she is always doing what she can to make my daughter feel better the best place I've been so far. You can tell her and her staff love their job
Went for my annual physical today and am so glad to see the parking lot resurfaced and restriped so everyone can tell where to park. The lines had almost faded to nothing and now the lot looks great again!
I love coming to see my Dr. DAY, He has helped me so much. I have no complaints and I always get treated good.
So sad when this place is worse then the VA clinic. We are here for an 11:15 doc appointment and still waiting to get in a room and its now 1:54. They keep telling my 84yo mom your next...then people with an 11:30 appointment go in before her. They give you snacks to shut you up as they are telling you they are 2 hours behind. They overbook people then make them wait. They never said anything about the doc having an emergency. But I'm sure he and his 2 PA sure had lunch. I asked the billing staff if they took BCBS and they said they did. 3 months later I got a bill for 90 dlls stating that BCBS didn't cover an office visit.
I took my husband in because of an emergency situation. I gave them my insurance card & they said we were good. As it turned out he needed an MRI and they were out of network. My husband had a VERY SERIOUS condition. Instead of telling me to go to the emergency room. They told me to go home & find a new PCP in order to get a referral. Our PCP retired on March 31st & this happened on April 7th. I took my husband to the emergency room & he was diagnosed with something life threatening. Great facility, great people. And like all health care these days you get about 7 minutes face time with your doc. No thanks.
