I love Dr. Beales. We moved to Lubbock about 3 years ago and I went to about 5 doctors before finding her. She is wonderful!! Sometimes I have to wait way past my appointment time but once she is in the room she gives her full attention and is never rushed which I really appreciate. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I would highly suggest that they repaint the parking lot. You can barely see the lines so parking is not easy.

Don't waste your time. Get a family practitioner, this place is overpriced, doesn't serve well, and understaffed.
Did "Next in Line" check in online. Am still waiting. My time was 12:29. It is now 2:03 and I have yet to see a doctor. Three people who were here an hour or more after me have already gotten in to see the doctor. Never coming here again. And I had such a great first experience. Such a shame.
I had an appointment and the staff were so friendly. Also, I was very impressed with the pharmacy. A pharmacist added another important product I needed and it works like a charm. I did not have to wait long for my appointment. Love this clinic.
Had to reschedule appointment about 2 or 3 times due to family situation. When I finally got an appointment and it was time to see my doctor, guess what, I was told they would not take my insurance. I waited all this time and then being told this suck. I was really disappointed. Had to leave my doctor of 15+ years to find another one. I thought they took all kind of insurance, guess I was wrong. I will never set another foot in that ????? place again.
