We had such a fabulous stay at Gowanlea. The rooms are wonderful, spacious living room with comfy couches and a well stocked shelf of snacks and treats. Breakfast was hearty. But what made it special was the hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. When back in Campbeltown we’d definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay at Gowanlea Heights. Super friendly hosts, great facilities and the vegan breakfast was superb. Location was perfect for taking a stroll round the towns, and for doing a couple of distillery visits. Thoroughly recommend

What a fantastic place to stay. Everything you can possibly want you can get here. Snacks available and beautiful cake in the lounge made. available for you. Breakfast anything you want you can have and very plentiful. Host amazing friendly without intrusive Totally and absolutely recommend Luxurious is the word Better than 5 hotels we have stayed in

私は初めての海外旅行で、このB&Bにお世話になった日本人の中年男です。 英語が話せないので、翻訳アプリを使って事前に聞きたい事などを教えてもらいました。 長旅の疲れと不安がありましたが、オーナーのジョンの優しいお出迎えがとても嬉しかったです。 私は日本以外のB&Bやホテルには泊まった事がありませんが ベッドルーム、シャワールーム、リビングルーム、朝食 それら全てが最高でした！ 何よりも、オーナーのジョンが1番だね！ 日本からは遠いから、またこのB&Bを利用するのは簡単な事ではないけど このB&Bに戻って来て、ジョンとジーノに再会するという大きな夢が出来ました。 ジョン、本当にありがとう！ ここに滞在を考えてる人にアドバイスするなら、早めにチェックインして このB&Bと、キャンベルタウンをゆっくり満喫する事だね。 私みたいに最終バスで来ると、最高のB&Bを満喫しきれないからね。 この場を借りて報告させてもらいます。 ジョンへ スプリングバンク蒸溜所では、日本人客とも会えて目的のウイスキーが買えました。 そして、oasisのライブにも行けました！ でも、体調を崩して救急車のお世話になったけど 予定通り、日本に帰って来れました。 もう一度だけ、言わせ... read more
