Stop targeting transgender men and women. They are people who are living their lives and need to go to the bathroom just like you or I. Are you aware that July 1st our toll tags go up ....AGAIN? Seriously? 18 cents per mile????? For some folks that have long commutes this adds up to a car payment every month.
