Gov, how are you at standing up against hate organizations like the TX ANTIFA who want to destroy our statues? Pass laws to prevent these thugs from destroying & white washing our history, its plain hateful & wrong.

You have nothing but disgust for Americans of different colours. You have proven this belief over and over with many of your political stance. You do not represent all Texans but the" White Texans" that support you without question. Threating reporters or anyone that question your bigoted pure white Lilly skin is no surprise to many Texans. All bigots like yourself belong in prison.

After watching our destruction of history in New Orleans, now there are groups calling for the removal of Sam Houston's statue in Hermann Park and the statue on I-45. Slave owner or not, this is not what the General and Govenor is known for. Please do whatever you can to block this action and keep Texas History alive and well. We need to remember our history and learn from it but not erase it. Thanks, BJH

Your comments about violence towards the media are inappropriate and unacceptable in a democratic society.

There are some nations in which journalists are in danger of being murdered and harmed by the government. Until this week, I thought that was true of the United States, too. Then we have two Republicans, one of whom assaulted a reporter for asking a very pertinent question; now you, Governor Abbott, made a "joke" about killing reporters. Now we know how much you care about the rights of people who are not YOU. For shame!

You thought a joke about shooting a reporter was funny? It was NOT. It was ignorant and vicious.

Sane people don't joke about shooting people. Why do Republicans embrace this behavior, then call themselves Christian?
