Good leadership? Wonderful job? No Mr.Abbot, the bill that is set to take effect September 1st that will require law enforcement to demand proof of citizenship that will in turn create a sense of fear, hate and intolerance within law enforcement against minorities. We already live in a country that wants to control everything people do, say, watch, hear, buy, ingest and still bear the insult to injury by reluctantly having to do anything law enforcement says in fear of being murdered (knowing they'll get away with it) and no... read more

He's an idiot. He's a racist, homophobic, xenophobic coward who is ignorant of the real problems our country faces while promoting anti-LGBTQ and anti women's health laws, and defunding help for people with mental health issues because he doesn't "believe in it". A disgrace of a Texan.

I voted for Governor Greg Abbott. Like many other Texans what we wanted is accountability. To much goverment and to many elected officials taking advantage of the power in there office. My complaint is Tort reform. It's time to take a good hard look at what this bill has done to people like myself. There are many of us. We need representation. Lawyers wil... read more

You, sir, are a demagogue and a miscreant. Especially sad as I am told at one time you were a good attorney. Smart, and knew your stuff. How did a sharp guy like you succumb to radicalism and fanaticism? The Texas GOP has become a rogue cancer that must be cured or cut out.

Why no option for zero stars? This man is a racist, sexist, homophobe, and an embarrassment to the state I call home.

Dallas is a filthy unsafe city and the Governor refuses to take action. The whole world knows about the hundreds of tortured, murdered, and dumped dogs, livestock, and one human. I wouldn't go anywhere near the city of Dallas.

We need more leaders in government like you! If every governor was like you and LePage, this country would be immune to the left and we could just ignore them like they deserve. Lol
