About this business

Texas is the second-largest state in the United States. It covers more than 268,600 square miles. Spain was the first European power to lay claim to Texas and the state also flew the flags of France and Mexico before gaining its independence in 1836. Texas borders Mexico along the Rio Grande and embraces mountain ranges and canyons to the west; lakes, plantations and pine forests to the east; plains to the north; citrus groves, Gulf of Mexico beaches and low-lying alluvial plains to the south; and rolling hill country and cl... read more

I was hopeful when you were elected that you would bring a fresh enlightened perspective. Sadly you are far worse than Rick Perry who shows a lot of business acumen and practicality. The recent emphasis of the Texas Senate on bathroom bills and banning much needed medical procedures for women who miscarry shows absolute ignorance. My poor sister had 4 miscarriages and 3 births. This occurred after 12 weeks. Your law would have required the doctor to allow the risk of infection. This shows how little you care or know about wo... read more

This administration in Texas is on par with a bad comedy routine. I (and many others) will be glad when we can get someone in who cares about education, is inclusive to all people, and does things to push us forward, not hold us back. In short next November can't come fast enough.

Greg Abbott and his cohort Dan Patrick are enemies of the Texas Public School System. Their meddling and lies are being observed by millions of voters. We will block vote the next elections to eliminate enemies of education. Texas School employees have had ENOUGH.

Gov. Abbott, I would like to begin by stating that I voted for you. As a conservative, I'm usually in synchronized step with my state party. This cannot be further from the case in this instance. See, I am a teacher and current currently seeking my Master's in Educational Administration. I worked in the private sector before following my passion for kids and beginning a second career. I walked away from my social security, thousands of dollars in bonuses, and apparently, long-term financial security. I often work 10-12 hours... read more

For all states... We need action!!!!! From all!!! The Pennsylvania Senate has HB 46 and HB 407 awaiting legislative action. These bills combined will have major impact on childhood cancer research. Here is what we need to do: Call or email the following legislative leaders and ASK them "to agree to move HB 46 AND HB 407 and make history for the kids fighting cancer". The legislature is in session this weekend and you should be able to speak to senior staff to pass on your respectful request for movement! If we can get Senate... read more
