A terrible leader for a greatly troubled state. Your administration has dealt Texas a terrible blow we will be dealing with long after your political career ends in a quiet heap of sadness and obscurity

Please stand against hate and inequality against our current, past, and future service men and women that happen to be transgender. They have fought, continue to fight and want to fight for all of us. Even yourself. Tell your constituents and the nation you are against the President's stance on this issue. #transrightsarehumanrights

I supported governor greg Abbott on some issues but now with him and the texas senate trying to keep transgender people from using the bathroom of our choice, my support for him is fading. This is a law that cant be enforced. You cant check to see whats between their legs without violating their privacy rights. Forget the bill and use the money to give the texas workers their raises

You did nothing to apply constitutional safeguards to protection of life, liberty, and property while Attorney General, and you're failing to do so as Governor as well. What's the problem? Were you sick the day they taught law in law school? If you're going to persist in acting like a Democrat when it comes to our rights, can't you at least stop calling yourself a Republican? What I'm referring to, in case you can't figure it out, is child custody and child support. You know, that "equal protection under the law" thing that ... read more

I'm an educator, have been one for 30 years, and you, sir, are the worst in a long line of poor choices. You have abandoned the very back bone of our democracy--public schools. Shame on you and your cronies for selling out to private companies whose sole interest is to make a profit off of Texas's most precious resource, our children.

Inequitable use of tax dollars. This is outrageous. We HAVE choices, what we don't have is the right to individually withdraw ourselves from the taxes we don't like. Shame on you, Governor, for putting this on the agenda at all. We've defeated it SIX TIMES ALREADY!!
