About this business

Texas is the second-largest state in the United States. It covers more than 268,600 square miles. Spain was the first European power to lay claim to Texas and the state also flew the flags of France and Mexico before gaining its independence in 1836. Texas borders Mexico along the Rio Grande and embraces mountain ranges and canyons to the west; lakes, plantations and pine forests to the east; plains to the north; citrus groves, Gulf of Mexico beaches and low-lying alluvial plains to the south; and rolling hill country and cl... read more

I sometimes wonder if Gregg Abbot was in an accident or if he just has to be in a wheelchair because his BALLS are simply too large for a man to walk around with! He is the greatest governor in my lifetime. If Clint Eastwood , John Wayne and Chuck Norris all where genetically cloned into one Uber Badass he would not be fit wash Governor Abbot's car. Thank you for calling a special session. Thank you for standing up to the progressive fascists in cities who want to turn our great state into a place where do to rent seeking by... read more

I am writing to urge you to vote NO on the proposal to create a statewide voucher program implementing education savings accounts (ESAs) for students with special needs. The Legislature already decided vouchers were a bad idea for the state during the regular session, so I am disappointed to see some legislators making a push to hurt Texas public schools and students during the special session. Additionally, under current state law, private schools are not required to provide the same protections and services for special edu... read more

I'm completely disappointed in your actions against Texas public schools and educators. I will stand with Texas teachers and vote not by party, but by a candidates stance on education. #blockvote #texasteachers

How about minus a thousand stars. He has a vendetta against trees. His bullshit push to deregulate tree protection is simply because he's pissed he was denied to cut down a heritage tree. Asshole. Land owners do not have the right to destroy old trees. If you want a clear lot, buy one. Trees make oxygen, Genius. F you.

I am extremely disappointed with your administration's treatment of Texas educators, both retired and active. You made assertions during your campaign stating that you supported public education. When will you begin? Many of my fellow teachers and I don't actually feel supported. Attacked and impugned, sure. Just not supported. If I had voted for you, I'd be pretty embarrassed by now. It seems that you folks are setting the stage for a school choice leverage. Strategically, it seems beneficial for you all to force good teach... read more

The governor does not support public education. He supports those who donate thousands of dollars to his campaign. Teachers do not make enough money to donate to anything! People who work for school districts must be paid a decent living wage, have affordable insurance, and receive our retirement that we have paid into for years.

The eyes of Teacher's are upon you! After 20 plus years in education, I am disgusted of our elected officials. Trying to buy teachers off with a $1000 pay increase that will never happen due to districts being short changed already in funds. How about repaying the loan the state took out in the 80's from TRS. As of 2003 that has never been repaid and I haven't seen evidence that it has been paid since then. The interest alone will help the TRS surplus. Teachers have been shafted for years and I don't think they are going to ... read more
