Paul Goode has let us down! I have taken advice from Trading Standards in Caerphilly about this matter. September 2024.One issue partly resolved 24th September. Repeated requests for scaffolding to be removed haven't been acted on! Still waiting on contact details of scaffold supplier so that we may contact him directly! Paul Goode is not upholding his contract with us so we are having to take action against him as advised by Trading Standards department. 1st October 2024. I had Paul and his team to do work in my house and I was well pleased with his standard and quality of his work. Completed the work when he said he would and even done a few extra jobs which he didn't charge me for. Overall we are well pleased with his professionalism and will not hesitate to give Paul and his team a ring for my next project.
Our ground floor needed to be replaced in it's entirety. Me and my girlfriend hired Paul and his team to remove the existing floor, put down new damp proofing, insulation and then to re-concrete and screed. All the work was completed to the correct standard however the screed was done to a poor finish. Once we moved back into the property we immediately noticed the screed was not level by the door (you could physically feel yourself move to one side) cracks and crumbing had appeared all over the floor.
