One star because some of the staff were nice. This hospital, in my opinion, is greedy. Not just because it's so expensive, but because of its billing practices. If you disagree with your bill, you get passive-aggressive treatment from them. And, in my case, they charge you for things you brought from home.

From the moment our visit began in the ER to the transition to the pediatrics unit for our 5 day stay my 7 month old received nothing but the highest quality care!
