So many things I could say but I’ll just say this... you took away the experience of my daughter seeing her mother after she gave birth and meeting her newborn brother in the hospital for the first time because of your ridiculous flu season rules. We’ll never get that time back and you caused heartache and trauma in a mothers and little girl’s heart that will not easily be forgotten. Worst experience ever. My dad is currently in the hospital being attended by Dr boutt. My dad is asking to be released from the hospital, as it is his right to get the treatment he wants. The doctor is refusing to release him and refusing to order the o2 needed for my dad for when he gets home. Cancer patients get rights to pass how they want, my dad can't even get home. We are currently calling our lawyer.

No respect No responsibility . ER staff has No respect No responsibility at all. Also this Hospital has one the worst Patient Relations department in bay area
