RecommendedI just had to stay overnight with my 2 year old in the PICU. The nurses and staff we encountered while there were some of the best I’ve been around. From the ER to the pediatric dept, they were all attentive and caring. They did everything in their power to make things smooth for this freaked out momma and her sick baby. Thank you so very much 🥰 I *hope* I don’t have to see them again, but if I do, I know I will be in good hands.
Two times last year I had to go to the ER. Fast and service was fantastic. Thank you emergency department at Good Samaritan.👍
Wow -my mom fell while she was in Carmel, Ca and has a compression fracture in her spine. We finally got her back home and brought her to the ER for pain relief. This place is a nightmare. Dr Daper spoke to my Mother and said she needed a enema for her constipation and it was going to be a tortuous procedure. Yes tortuous! He was rude and condescending and I need to wonder how he got a medical degree. My Mother is 85 years old and should be treated with a bit more compassion.
I was there for two replacement surgery’s. First my knee and then my hip. All within six months. They treated me with lots of care and were very responsive to all of my needs. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to go back there for any treatment or surgical needs.

this hospital has a great NICU team . my son was born at 25weeks and they drove to hollister (which is about 1 hour away) to deliver my son via c-section . they transported him to the NICU & believe me it was hard but the nurses gave me reassurance & let me know everything was going to be okay . during his 105 day stay in the NICU , the staff there made sure i knew what was going on . my sons favorite NICU nurse which was also his primary nurse was Sarah . shes a great nurse . all the other nurses are great too though :) off... read more

I went to the er and the doctor was more worried about rushing me out and didn’t scan my back well fast forward finally getting it scanned and going to UCSF I have a csf leak and other things that need surgery no wonder I’ve been so miserable! No thanks to you good Sam! Shame on you!
