Chris graves is the sales person u want my sister and brother law has bought 2 new vehicles there. When no one else was there they stepped up to the plate . Got them traded out and in to new vehicles and as soon as I need one that's where I'll be going at the new Ozark location. Thank u Chris and the staff there for helping them in a time of need on the new truck word gets around!

I own a 2017 Nissan titan that makes a horrible Whistling noise while fueling at the gas station I took it to the dealership to have it looked at and unfortunately they could not fix the issue and said it was normal for all 2017 titans. Then Shawn told me that they took two others out and put gas in them and they made the same whistling noise. When I went to pick up my truck the service manager told me I had been extremely rude to his service advisor so that I would no longer be able to get my Nissan serviced at their dealer... read more

I came in for an oil change and was told Kia had a recall on a part and that would be looked and ordered for an appointment on a later date. My oil change would bean hour. Almost 2 1/2 later I am getting my car.

I just spoke with your advisor and he told me that he was wrong in thinking the parts for the recall were not here when they actually were. Their service department got us in the same day when we had trouble with our truck, while on our way to Branson for a few days. They were very friendly and professional!! Thank you!! The young lady that helped us with our rental car was great!! Aaron Wheeler in service was great! Very helpful!!

Took my 99 Nissan Maxima in for a key programming issue. They said there was a "issue" with the cpu and that it would probably take 3 hours at $115 a service hour. As someone who's worked with cars my whole life, that didn't sounds right. Brought it down to the Rolla dealer and they programmed the key with no issue for $98. I'm assuming someone would have made out with the $300 extra dollars. Crooked employees.
