Dennis kitsmiller was awesome!..completely informed me of all work completed on my car. The young loaner car clerk needs some costumer service training as she is very rude and unprofessional!.. 22 years of working in the dealerships, 11 of them being at Chrysler, I have never been so appalled by costumer service until today!

They worked with our time table even though we were late.
From the original purchase of my vehicle to the services at the service center, Youngblood Auto has always impressed me with their customer service.
Everything is great, the staff, the service and they offer free healthy snacks while you're waiting. So glad they are local and they always do a great job.
The service dept is prompt with getting you in for an appt, have friendly staff, and have complimentary water and snacks while you're waiting. You're there for a lil while for an oil change but nothing I wouldn't expect anywhere. Would def recommend.
Fantastic service! Even took pictures of the problem! Big plus!
