Went to Youngblood Kia this evening. I had done "all" my homework online before arriving so I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay for it. They called me and scheduled a sales appointment. I reiterated upon arrival exactly the vehicle I was interested in, and the maximum price I was willing to pay. Bought a Jeep Patriot. Sales team was very helpful and great to deal with. We purchesed the extended warrenty with road side assistance. Glad we did because the transmission filler tube broke and fluid leaked out. Thats when things fell apart. We towed it to a local dealership where it has been sitting for 5 days with no one contacting us. The contract states that we can get a rental car while the issue is being fixed.
