I've went to this dealership before and had a horrible experience. Wanted to give them another try... worst mistake ever. Took my jeep on a drive with a technician (who was wonderful) got a flat... he called the dealership took him more then 5 times to call and get threw to someone to send help. Took them almost an hour before someone showed up. I was on James River! Then I buy tires from them... get my jeep back the next day... They didn't even take the time to clean up their mess!! I went in for a replacement ignition key for my 1995 Jeep Wrangler. I had them cut a key according to the VIN number in their computer. The key did not work in my ignition. I told the young man at the parts counter it didn't work and he happily made another copy off of a key I had which worked perfectly for no additional charge. I was very satisfied with my experience.
Great experience! I purchased my first Nissan Rogue at this dealership a few weeks ago. Darwin, the salesman, and Sean, the finance manager both made the purchase transaction smooth and easy. I originally thought they seemed very helpful when I went looking for a Jeep. I found what I wanted in another state but would rather keep my money local. They showed me a couple options they could bring in and told me they would get me a final price. Not sure what happened with that as they never called me back with a final price. We just bought our 2nd vehicle from Youngblood. Our 1st Nissan and we love it. TJ our salesman was awesome as was Steve Green our finance guy. They made it one of the best car buying experience's we have had!
