First experience is I pull up with the car to have it checked for recalls (first time being there was unsure how it worked) so I pulled inside and got out of my car. I was not greeted and stood by the car for a bit before going over to see what I needed to do. Then after the guy helped me (I can't remember his name) he talked about how bad the car is and doubted the recall was going to be fixed. Horrible customer service took my Kia in for warranty work never had a problem with the van picked it up in less than 48 hours later suddenly had a cracked radiator that was going to cost $1,000 the service center told me to call a certain tow company and tell them they were paying the bill however when my husband went to pick up our van they refuse to pay the bill and charged us $147 to get our from them. I find this all highly suspicious considering we had the van for years and never had one problem with it

We went back in 2014 and traded our Kia Rio for a 2013 Kia Soul that we LOVE. We are going in tomorrow to swap our Soul for something with additional seating to make room for baby number four. See you all then!

Being a marketing and public relations coordinator, it saddens me to have received such bad quality of customer service from the used Kia dealership. I will not get into the private side of what happen, but I can attest for the disrespect, dishonesty, and mistreatment. We walked on to the lot knowing the vehicle we wanted. We were paying cash for the vehicle, and the organization was sloppy. I called on my way from Arkansas to Springfield telling the sales side of Youngblood ...Continue Reading

Talking about a total waste of time. The sales person was nice, but the man behind the curtain that valued my trade-in was $3000 below poor book value, when other dealers had been giving me numbers above average trade per NASA and Black Book. Why start out insulting someone you want to be your customer?.
