The people care enough to give support & help to those who can not speak for themselves. It says a lot about an organization & the quality people they hire to give to no kill shelters. I have disability & House of Hounds has helped me so much by being able to volunteer when I'm physically able. The mind can help heal the spirit, which in turns eases the condition. Recently my Jeep Cherokee had the trunk hinges come off the jeep for no other reason than the epoxy and the quality of the product is poor (where the hinges attach to the trunk door's upper part). After sharing this with the management team at Youngblood, as well as showing them proof that this has been an ongoing issue with this model (2011 grand Cherokee) and is in fact a manufacturer defect, they will not back the product they sold, and simply stated that since the warranty was up, there is nothing they can do to help. I brought my truck to Youngblood's service department at the beginning of the year to get an alignment and a strut replaced. The whole thing should've cost $300 to $400. They told me that they couldn't get the strut out, because a bolt was seized in the lower control arm, which would have to be cut out and replaced. That pushed the final bill up past $2000! We had a horrible experience on Saturday with your salesperson named Bobby Newton. He was very nice to begin with, but as soon as we told him we wanted to take time and think about it, he got pushy and mouthy. Then he proceeded to mouth the car we were currently driving. Needless to say, we will not be returning! After leaving Youngblood, we went to Corwin Dodge, where we were treated with respect and ended up purchasing a vehicle there!

Youngblood auto Chrysler/Jeep service department and Alan Phillips mgr. I am grateful beyond measure to for taking care of our service needs while we were visiting the Ozarks recently.
