In 2009 I purchased a Kia and had a good experience with the salesman but have had horrible experiences with the service department from that point forward - I had to take my car back 8 times to fix a problem with the air conditioner, and it got so bad I was in tears every time I had to be there. 9am appointment - still here at 10:50am. Sight says to notify them I over 55 min wait. Notified girls at front deal and they told me to tell my service manager. She wasn't in the garage to tell so after paging her for 5 min she comes out to tell me my car is "in the air". Why do they say one hour if they can't honor it. Just tell the truth. Makes your customer have an easier time managing their time. And as an update - 45 min later I am still waiting. So 2.5 hrs for an oil change so far. For Kia Automobile, Under Kia's warranty program, they are the only game in town. Yet their Mechanics can not follow instructions and quality control review is not done! Kia Automobile is a great Vehicle, it is their Mechanics that can make it a nightmare to have!

Terrible company. Will NEVER use them. Mike Still fired my fiance who had worked there for 2 years without even giving a reason. And he did it over an intercom. From what we learned from that company while my fiance worked there, I would be very cautious about using their services.
