Was going to buy a new versa straight up but then Bobby the salesman asked if "I had just gotten my taxes back or something and is that why I can afford this car?" You have some work to do if you allow your employees to operate with that level of conceitedness. Wow

I want to give a shout out to Noah in the Service Department for Kia. We had our 2013 Kia Sorento in for a oil change, along with checking some other items on the vehicle yesterday. His communication with us was on point, and made sure everything was taken care of when we paid for our services. We have never received such quality customer service like we do at Kia Youngblood. We will be customers for quite some time!
They don't deserve even a star. We went for a recall notice and needed a part put on. We were sold the wrong part even though we were assured by that service guy that it was the right one. In the end, we were sold the wrong part and they couldn't get the right one because they were discontinued. We were told we would be refunded several times. I bought my Jeep in Kansas City but was in the area and due for an oil change. Aaron got me right in and on my way! Great customer service!
The service and atmosphere were superb. I was kept updated on the progress of my vehicle, offered water and snacks. An over all exceptional experience. The only improvement I'd suggest would be the lady at the counter taking payments, seem a little happier about her job. I will return for all of my vehicle's needs.
