Really wish i could give 10 stars. I was treated better within my first 10 minutes of Being there than the last 6 months of dealing with the actual dealership i bought my car from. They answered questions that resulted in finding out that the other place lied about and informed me of other things to make my vehicle last longer. Thank you all so much!

I always come to this kia dealer in Springfield, Missouri. They always seem to give me great service and answer all my questions
Beware of Youngblood Nissan service department. They were unable to fix my issue after many attempts. Lied about test driving it after repairs (same mileage in as out on the service tickets). Also during my last visit my vehicle was used on two separate trips to run errands for the dealership and to deliver drivers to go pick up cars. We bought a Ford Flex a little over a year ago. The salesman was great. We were looking at used vehicles at 2 lots. Price was the same on both vehicles. Youngblood said we put new tires on it and the other vehicle would need tires soon so I thought this would be a better deal we wouldn’t have to buy new tires for a while. I was wrong they put a sport tire on a Ford Flex. Not what it called for. So in a little over 23000 miles the front tires are bald and the back are close.
