Their service dept. Is run like Larry Moe and Curly joe of Three Stooges fame. Took my wife's 2014 Kia Sorrento in for a recall notice for a possible engine failure at 8:30 am told it would take 11/2 to 2 hrs said they would call when car was ready 2:00pm not call so I called got voice mail waited another 45 min had to call back talked to service consultant apologized said car was ready and the engine did not need replaced. Drove to dealership told receptionist I was there to get my car she paged the service guy to let them ... read more

I had my first service checkup with Youngblood's this week. Craig Andrieu is my service technician and he was AWESOME! Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained and suggested several things to me, but no pressure, which I appreciated. I vote for Craig to get the service technician award!!!

So my experience began with email communication with one of the salespeople at the dealership. I expressed my interest in buying a Nissan Murano they had for sale. We went back and forth on the price until we got to a number that we both agreed on. I live 1hr and 30min away from the dealership. So, I told him I would be driving up the next day with a cashier's check for the amount we agreed on.
