Spent a night at the hotel the bed was comfortable the room was clean to a high standard the hotel had a lovely atmosphere the staff are very helpful and friendly nothing is to much trouble. I have stayed here before and again everyone was friendly. The bar has a nice feel to it comfortable relaxing and seems to attract a lovely clientele, I will stay here again without hesitation

Review: I am genuinely shocked at the level of service and the condition of this hotel. My experience was nothing like what was advertised online. Here are the key issues: • Misleading Images: The pictures shown on the booking site are completely different from the actual rooms. Second time here for a spa afternoon with afternoon tea and a treatment. Staff are lovely and helpful. The spa facilities are good , the treatment was excellent. The afternoon tea was really disappointing though this time around. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a sad lacklustre afternoon tea ! Very minimal and not good produce , what little food there was tasted synthetic and defrosted. Shame as this spoiled our day and will think twice about booking here in the future.
