Best club in Belfast! Great coaching and programming
Weightlifting club (and registered NI charity) with a friendly atmosphere with a group of coaches from various sporting backgrounds who show a genuine interest in developing members from beginner level through to those who have competed internationally. For the price of a typical monthly fee for a commercial gym you have access to facility, programming and coaching both on club nights and at competitions.
Great coaches, great atmosphere and fantastic programming to take your lifting to the next level. Couldn’t recommend the club enough, great for everyone no matter what experience you have.
Great coaches, great atmosphere! Ideal for beginners right through to experienced athletes. The programming is second to none and all the coaching staff are brilliant at providing personalised drills and feedback. The team even do video analysis to help with form, technique and mobility.
