We have visited a few time over the past few months for a ring resizing and to have my wedding band made and the staff were always friendly and knowledgeable. The amazing goldsmith designed and made my wedding band using gold and diamonds entirely from my mums and grandmothers old rings. It was such a lovely experience talking through my ring design with the goldsmith, especially knowing that it would be such an important and poignant piece for me and my family. I was extremely happy and pleased with the helpfulness, professionalism, knowledge and advice given to me by Paul of Goldstraw Goldsmiths. I can highly recommend Goldstraw and Paul if you need any advice on purchasing jewellery. This family run Jewellers is miles ahead of your run of the mill chain Jewellery store and has a more personal touch. All the staff, especially Gaynor and Paul are extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful.

Friendly service and good prices. Purchased a lovely eternity ring and they cleaned my wedding band and engagement ring for free. Very happy with new sparkly purchase.
