Great little local jewellers. Been going on and off since I was a child when my mum used to look at the jewellery! You can find some lovely things in there and they are always happy to fix things or fit batteries there and then.

Horrible service. I had bought a new watch and wanted it to get it refitted last minute so I went to the closest thing to me which I very much regret as they charged me £10 for a watch refitting that I later found out you were able to do with a screwdriver in under 40 seconds. Their service was horrible too hearing them banging against my watch like it was a nail giving it back to me refitted but links damaged and bent with scratches all over the steel. The MOST amazing customer service - Debbie and Bally tried absolutely everything to remove my stuck ring - they couldn’t have been kinder or done more. This level of incredible care is so rare these days - absolute gems (pardon the pun!) and I’d go here for any jewellery needs again in a heartbeat ❤️

Went in to ask about a jewellery repair. The owner was weirdly and unnecessarily rude to me. Actually said “I’m not getting involved in all of that” and tossed my ring back to me. I’m not sure what I did to offend him as I am pathologically polite but I suspect that he just doesn’t particularly like customers or people in general. The jewellery on display seemed like typical pawn shop fare but without the attractive prices. He suggested that I go elsewhere and I suggest that everyone else does too!
