Ive been there few times and every time is the same story. Very rude, very unprofessional. I went there today as well, an older woman was serving me. She was extremely rude and unpolite. She has no manners and knowledge about jewellery or customer service. I had a gold that had not only engraved the brand but also hallmark. The lady argued with me without even checking it that the jewellery is not gold and not the brand thats actually engraved on it. I’m so grateful to this amazing jewelry shop for resizing my 100-year-old ring so beautifully and at a very reasonable price! I had been to several shops on North End Road and Portobello Market, and they either quoted me double the price or warned me that resizing it would cause the stones to fall out.
