Another 5 stars and completely validated as this place is all the things we hoped for from a CrossFit box whilst on holiday here. The coaching was attentive, detailed and friendly and the vibe and culture were on point. We were welcomed and made to feel at ease quickly and the workouts were brilliantly led and supported. We cannot wait to come back
I’ve been a member of Golden Valley CrossFit for a little over 6 months now & 100% recommend. I love the variety of the workouts that have encouraged me to try new things - there really is something for everyone, alongside the supportive & judgement free culture created by the coaches & other members - not the intimidating crowd I was expecting! I spent a couple of weeks holidaying in Stroud and GVC was the local CrossFit gym. Ended up doing a handful of sessions and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Super welcoming community with great coaches in a fantastic gym. Definitely a few tips and techniques I’ll take home with me. If you’re in the Stroud area and looking for a CrossFit session look no further than GVC. I’ll be back for sure!
