Very disappointed with the experience my daughter had at this nail shop today. She had a scheduled appointment, but was left waiting for over an hour while they took in walk-in clients ahead of her. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially when it feels like they took advantage of the fact that she’s a teenager and was there alone.
