I had my and my wife's white gold rings rhodium plated at this jeweler on January 2nd. By March 15th, the plating had completely failed on both rings. When I brought this to their attention, they attributed it to 'wear and tear' and wanted to charge me £50 for re-plating. I find this extremely unreasonable, as rhodium plating should last significantly longer than two months under normal conditions. I believe the initial plating was inadequate. I'm very dissatisfied with the service and the lack of accountability.
