For a £285 worth of purchase was not given a invoice or recipt as for nose rings they dont apparently give out recipts, not even an acknowledgement of purchase. Amongst staff only a few are aware of this. I purchased 4 pieces of gold nose stud + rings, upon reaching home I tried to wear one of them within couple of mins two of the stones came off the ring and also the design is so poor which I only realised when wearing it. I’ve bought a gold chain here back in January 8th. Fast forward to March 20th, the chain snaps in half while i was sleeping. Quite disappointing to be honest, because when you go to the shop all you see and hear about is “quality” and the chain proceeds to snap in half in 2 months.
Bossman was rude and racist and judgemental . He suggested that i should go other store.
