I’ve bought a gold chain here back in January 8th. Fast forward to March 20th, the chain snaps in half while i was sleeping. Quite disappointing to be honest, because when you go to the shop all you see and hear about is “quality” and the chain proceeds to snap in half in 2 months.
Bossman was rude and racist and judgemental . He suggested that i should go other store.
Received really great customer service
Bought 1 bracelet from there , wore only for month and it’s broke now… we are there regular customer still very disappointed
