My grandson age 9 went in today with my mum his great grandmother . He had broken his silver chain and was upset about it. The lady serving repaired his chain free of charge . It should have cost £8. This was such a lovely thing to do . It made our day . Thank you so much for this .

came in the shop the other day & Tracey helped me out - she was just amazing! never felt rushed, sold a few bits of jewellery, they only buy off you if you’re sure you’re happy and not money grabbing like some shops. also had a necklace fixed, this was ready the next morning and Tracey kindly called me to let me know😊 will definitely be back to have a look round. looks like they have some stunning pieces 😍a good honest place that you can trust

I visited the Gold Workshop today to have a ring valued for insurance; I was also able to have a second ring resized at the same time. The lady who dealt with me was simply lovely, she was very professional, efficient and knowledgable. I waited in the shop and both rings, and my valuation certificate were ready after about 40 minutes. Both had been polished and look absolutely beautiful! Took my grandmas engagement ring in to make larger and to widen the band. Done an amazing job, will be returning with a few more. Thank you Charlie for doing an amazing job :)
