I visited this store on the 22nd of November with some broken jewellery and employee Joe helped me through the whole process and truly shocked me with the return value of my broken pieces. I was very impressed with this customer service and will definitely be returning with further enquires about my jewellery.
Joe at Gold reserves gave me and my family an exceptionally great service helping us pick two very nice sterling silver rings. He was very patient with us, as we were taking a lot of time choosing. He gave us full attention and all staff were very nice
Meg was amazing. Please give recognition to Meg from the Swansea market store her customer service skills were wonderful. She deserves a pay rise for all her efforts. Lets hope management read this and reward her financially for all her hard work in assisting us today. Thank you so much Meg
