Recently sold a gold coin here. Customer service was good - staff were friendly and efficient. But payment took longer than promised to arrive, and it turns out I could have got a better price elsewhere. The sales process was simple enough. Transaction was in the morning, and I was promised the bank transfer would go through later that same day - so I was expecting a Faster Payment notification within a couple of hours. This is a trusted, respectable business and offers excellent service. Recently sold some gold and we were more than surprised. Wendy and Zoe were fantastic, excellent customer service as well.Everything was checked and processed which you would expect. Thank you to all the staff!
