Dr. Douglas, his team, and practice are absolutely amazing. He has been a sturdy source of knowledge, advocacy, and understanding as we navigate the journey of our first child! I really love the facility and how clean it is. The front desk ladies always make you feel welcome, the nurses always serve with a caring energy, and Dr. Douglas has a personality that makes you feel at home while also taken care of in a very practical way. I am so glad we came across Gold Pediatrics.
Beware. This doctor bills insurance for services he has not completed. My rec is to take notes and pictures at every appointment. He billed over and above a routine physical (none of which was done) and when I asked the Billing office, they said he claimed he did everything. His word over mine. I have no proof but he claimed that charges must be made for a paper referral (which was not asked for) and a mental evaluation - which also was not done. Dr. Douglass and his team are amazing. We feel very supported as we navigate our first child. He has a great disposition, proven experience, and we trust he is giving us the best care for our family. The receptionist are also very kind and flexible when we have had schedule changes or questions. We highly recommend Gold Pediatrics

Dr Errol has been amazing and patient with every check up. we were able to diagnose my son having lazy eye on his right eye .
