I bought a mens ring and have had to go back twice as it keeps snapping. I have had to pay extra for it to get fixed but its not done properly. Last week they refused to accept that they had fixed it last month and even denied it was their ring. I am very disappointed with the way they have behaved. They did a crap stitching and said that if it breaks again come back again. It’s gold so why us it snapping again and again? The materials used are cheap and easily breakable.
Wicked customer services, Excellent deals , Proper hospitality. Coming down all the way from east london to Birmingham was worth the trip 10/10
