Go hen booked our weekend in Belfast and spoited it by tgeir "we can vhange things " policy .Our cuban bottomless brunch which was booked in a fab building and wuth a lovely menu ,was moved to Riverside .We arrived late as hadnt kniwn we were moved so didnt get our allocated 90 mins .We were allowed 2 drinks from the menu and charged for water .The fountain cocktails on the tables were vile and barely drinkable .Thd food was nice .The head barman was unfriendly and turne the music off when we asked him to turn one song up .T... read more
Shocking customer service, avoid at all cost! Company terms and conditions misleading and they do not honour! Cancelled one of our events and then took ages to try and sort out with reluctance. Would not recommend!
I have no idea how this company have such good reviews, dreadful experience. Avoid at all costs! The accommodation they booked us in Bristol/ Bath was more like a scout hut than a cute barn as the pictures showed. It was damp, smelly and poorly cared for. Two hot tubs pictured, only one was able to be used. Outdoor seating missing cushions, no blinds over windows. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Due to their error our hen weekend was totally ruined. They messed up our hotel booking leaving 10 girls with no hotel in central london. We had to cut the whole event short to make it back to the hotel before the check in desk shut at 11pm! Only thing Go Hen have said on the matter is they are sorry and given us £20 a head as a "good will gesture". Appauling company.
Highly recommend this company to help organise a gathering. Avaliable every second I called, changed whatever I needed changing, and made me feel like nothing was ever a problem. Took all the stress out of organizing. Will most certainly be using Gohen again!
