I have no idea how this company have such good reviews, dreadful experience. Avoid at all costs! The accommodation they booked us in Bristol/ Bath was more like a scout hut than a cute barn as the pictures showed. It was damp, smelly and poorly cared for. Two hot tubs pictured, only one was able to be used. Outdoor seating missing cushions, no blinds over windows. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Due to their error our hen weekend was totally ruined. They messed up our hotel booking leaving 10 girls with no hotel in central london. We had to cut the whole event short to make it back to the hotel before the check in desk shut at 11pm! Only thing Go Hen have said on the matter is they are sorry and given us £20 a head as a "good will gesture". Appauling company.
Highly recommend this company to help organise a gathering. Avaliable every second I called, changed whatever I needed changing, and made me feel like nothing was ever a problem. Took all the stress out of organizing. Will most certainly be using Gohen again!
GoHen offers accommodation at resorts which have a policy stating no hen parties! You could be denied use of your accommodation.
Brilliant experience with GOHEN! Cheaper all organised by them all I did was give them specifics that we wanted. My event organiser Ellie was especially helpful whenever I needed her, making it so much easier and stressfree! :) would definitely use again!
