Greg performed our first routine maintenance check up on 4/23/18. WE had a new furnace/AC unit installed by GOETTLS 1/2 year ago which has worked fine. We requested increased humidity and Greg did it and checked for hard water scale. With a dry Prescott spring,more humidity Increased our comfort. 5 STARS !

Adrian came to do the yearly service on my A/C today. He has been my technician since I moved to Arizona in 2013 and has always been prompt, efficient and pleasant. He offered some suggestions to increase the efficiency of my unit which I will give serious consideration. I have had nothing but good experiences with Goettl's since I started with them.

Goettl has provided our HVAC and filter service for several years. Justin performed our semi annual service yesterday and it was very thorough. He is a pleasure to have around and work with. Highly recommend him and Goettl other staff that have provided us with excellent service.

Adrian showed up when expected. I have an old air conditioning unit and he took time to explain what I can do to keep it running, as opposed to trying to get me to buy a new unit (which another company tried to do). Thank you for your honesty, Adrian. They may charge a little more than some other companies, but they are worth the price! I will call Goettl’s when I need a new unit.

Goettl's installed my heat pump heat & a/c system, and has been performing semi-annual inspection/maintenance for several years. Their technicians have always been knowledgeable and efficient. On 17 April, Greg A checked out the A/C system and continued Goettl's fine service. He was pleasant and answered my questions competently.

I had my existing heat and air checked today April 13, 2018 done by Shane B and was very happy with his work. Very honest and knew what he was doing. Solved my problem in 10 minutes and corrected the problem and just charged me a $ 85.00 service charge.

Greg A**** was polite and courteous. Called ahead of schedule to see if it would be all right for him to come early. I found that very considerate. He performed a Spring A/C checkup in a timely fashion.
