Adrian again was a true savor. On 7/23/18 we lost our capacitor and had no air conditioner for a day and a half. He had the part and he installed it immediately. Life is good now. Adrian visit was his third and we are very pleased and grateful for his service and knowledge. Greg A. came to our house in Prescott Valley last week. He was very attentive and corrected two things. Although we are on a Maintenance plan and had a technician to our house about two weeks earlier, that tech apparently didn't realize that the compressor required freon and Greg added about a pound of freon which helps the compressor work efficiently. He also discovered that the reason why the unit seemed to be noisy was due to some of the bolts needing tightening. Overall, he did a very fine job.
We had a very good experience with Goettl's. /when we had an electrical surge that knocked out our HVAC they came out within 24 hours, repaired a wire and added a surge protector to the unit to help prevent problems in the future.
Shane Blanchette came to our home as a quality Assurance Technician following the completion of a new finance, air conditioning unit and water cooler installed by Goettl, Inc.. He was very pleasant, explained everything that we needed to know and then examined the products for Quality Assurance. Very nice experience with Shane. We would highly recommend Goettl's Heating and Plumbing! They did a fantastic job and everything is working wonderfully!
Shane performed the work in a timely fashion and provided clear explanations of what was checked and completed. Shane found that the propane hookup needed improved, and made sure it was corrected. Very professional and competent technician.
Carl was very polite, explained everything clearly and did a great job. Completely pleased with the service!
Goettl's came out today to balance my new A/C unit. They sent out technician Shane B. He did a great job. He added some refrigerant to my system and adjusted the air flow in the vents. He spent the time to explain the workings of my A/C unit. Now my A/C works even better. I want to thank Shane for a job well done. He is great asset to Goettls.
