Shane was proactive and professional. Our problem has been recurring and he was dedicated to fixing it. He actually showed up very early! Only suggestion is that we be notified if someone is coming sooner than anticipated.

I had several problems on my new system and a tech had come out earlier for yearly maintenance and discovered a problem He thought he fixed it, said not sure, and of course there was still a problem Adrian came out, 90 degrees outside, and went to work, found the leak on the hot roof ( a fitting going inside to the air handler, and did the flare fitting over, and FIXED. Awesome tech, stuck with it!!!!
On June 6, Greg Ashby did a pre-season inspection of our heatpump/airconditioning system. He noted some problems and at my request repaired them which should result in more efficent operation of the unit. Greg was professional and knowlegeable and I hope he is availble to do our fall inspection. Bill Morris

I became aware my AC was not working late yesterday afternoon so called Goettl's this morning since they had installed the unit last fall. I promptly received a return call saying a technician would be at my home this afternoon to access the problem. Greg A**** arrived at the scheduled time and I was very happy he was the service tech as he had done the install last fall and was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all issues. Greg A. did a fine job. He was on time (actually a wee bit early) and very polite. He suggested a small improvement to the condensate drain which he installed very quickly. He cleaned up any debris before he left conducted himself professionally. Good work!
