Greg A. performed our spring preventative maintenance (PM) on our HVAC system . He showed up on time and also explained his procedure. He was courteous and professional during his visit, He recommended we have our return checked in the fall . We got a call from Steve the next day and a written estimate for the work.
Justin was here on time . He was professional and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Goettl'S
Goettl's sent Shane B********* to explain the operation of the new AC/Heat system. He explained how the system and thermostat worked, how to program it, along with many other options to keep the system in A1 shape. He was pleasant and very conscientious.
The service tech -Greg was very courteous and knowledge of the unit he worked on. Would recommend him for any job.
The work was done on time and professionally.
Justin P., Goettl Technician, was very knowledgeable in servicing our A/C. He explained to us that our compressor was an older compressor but in good shape. He suggested to install a 5-2-1 Compressor Saver to help the restart of our compressor. So we had him do this while he was here. We really liked the customer service he provided. Looking forward to him returning in the fall to check our the furnace.

Greg was great, on time and was very thorough. He found I had a leak and I had him take care of it right then. Was happy that I didn't have to make another appointment to get it done. Had lots of confidence in his knowledge, ability and caring to find something and let me know.
Greg worked very hard on my HVAC system. He answered all questions and cleaned up nicely. I would recommend him and this company.
