We had Greg Ashby from Goettl service our two units. He had to add freon,the out of date type, and explained why this type of freon is now very expensive and what I am facing in the future. Still he got the job done quickly which kept the cost in line and I appreciate this. Kudos to Goettl for employing a tech like Greg. T.R.

We recently purchased a whole system of air conditioner and furnace. Although this review is under Shane's name, he is not the only one we wish to mention. Our decision started with Cindy who is at Costco who was wonderful and informative; the installers were all polite and efficient. Shane did the quality control after the installation and made a few minor adjustments and explained the system again. Greg performed warranty work for us (replaced damper motor in attic). Greg was courteous and went to work on the project right away. He completed the project sooner than I expected. Greg is a great asset to Goettl's High Desert Mechanical.

This was about the best experience I've had with a company for replacement of the existing AC and heater. Everything was done on time and with great follow up. Each person I met with, from the salesman to the installers to the follow up quality inspection, was professional and cordial. I would recommend this business wholeheartedly.
