Greg A**** performed our contracted Spring service on our HVAC system. His expertise was most evident as he completed the required service checks on our A/C and furnace. Quickly resolved an airflow problem in one room then tested all registers to assuure proper air distribution. Polite, professional manner and evident pride in assuring customer satisfaction.

Adrian I was on time and told me what he was going to do. Asked if he could get into the attic to check the fan system. This is the first time a tech. to do this. He explained my options for filters for this system. Good information. Very good associate.

We have been very pleased with Goettl’s from the sales call o buy our air & furnace. The service calls to inspect the units is a plus since the installation. We go into each season with knowledge that we shouldn’t have any issues.

Greg A. was the tech who showed up to service our A/C. He was about ten min. early (NICE). He introduced himself and explained how the service call was going to go and the approximate time it would take, baring any unforeseen problems. He was very cordial and professional. He explained the results of the service, double checked his work and the area and left. This was a great encounter with a service tech.

After over 2 weeks without a working furnace we called Goettl. We have a home warranty company that sent out another HVAC company that could not figure out what the problem was. We took matters into our own hands and called Goettl because we knew of their stellar reputation. Adrian was here, fixed the problem and was gone in less than 2 hours. It was wonderful to wake up this morning to a warm house. Adrian was extremely pleasant and knew what he was doing. We would absolutely call Goettl again.

I had my split system installed in August. It took a full day to install and it worked very nicely. I had a couple of concerns about the outside portion of the installation so I contacted Luke at the office. They sent out two men to resolve the issues and did a great job. I would use them again in a heartbeat!!!

I contacted this company in October 2017 because of a problem with my Trane furnace. It would attempt to fire up, but failed to ignite. High Desert responded the next day, and advised that I needed to replace the control board, and did so. I had presented a coupon for a $25 reduction to the normal service call of $85. The control board was charged at $532, plus the 60, total cost $592. A few days later, the original problem again occurred, furnace tries to get going, but no ignition.
