Customer Service horrible! Gloria very nasty, Josh, Danellia hot mess. danellia put me on hold didn't come back. called back had to go back and forth with Josh about speaking with supervisor, Gloria supervisor very nasty to me what I did not do and did do, was suppose to be reviewing my calls to customer service. sent Josh to phone and said since acct. was not in my name the emails I was getting for promotion was invalid. we only had service for week! we are looking to switch ASAP!! WHAT A HORRIBLE MISTAKE!!

Lied to us about availability of local sports teams on Dish. We asked specifically if they had ATT Sportsnet SW and about watching Houston Astros games and they bring up MLB network. We told them MLB is useless to us because the games are blacked out. He puts us on hold and comes back to tell us, “Don’t worry, I’ve got you signed up on a sports package that will work”.
