go dish will lie about what they offer i was told i would receive a gift card of $100 for ordering dish thought them that was back in Aug of this year 2017 and have not yet seem the card i sent in the proof that dish was installed and now i am told that they didn't receive the proof when i was sent a letter that the info was received and the card would be mail within 6 to 8 weeks. This is a bad company to go though

The worst customer service I have EVER seen in my life, and I'm 73 years old!
I've been through similar situation, they were come out to install my cable 2 times and never came. I called to find out what happen , I was in form that was emailed letter to take my landlord to sign , never got it and they never called to apologize for the inconvenience ! ! ! ! You would think I've learned, after being with time Warner for 24 years ! ! ! !
Thank you Mike from dish Tv in Pensacola FL. Thank you for reminding my grieving family that my father is dead on the anniversary of his death by sending him an offer! We will happily decline. And will NOT be using dish. Thank you for reminding me I don't have a father!
