They need to not misrepresent products such as the speed of satellite internet. I notified them immediately after installation that it was misrepresented but they are standing by the cancellation fees.

GoDISH signed me up for the PLATINUM protection package with Dish Network that I DID NOT authorize. Dish Network offers 6 months free on their silver package and you can cancel with Dish on their website, chat or by calling them. I received an email that starting in February my credit card was going to be charged for the platinum service that GoDISH FRAUDULENTLY signed me up for WITHOUT my permission. GIVE CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY PAY FOR!
This outfit quoted incorrect prices. If I hadn’t doubled checked the morning before installation, I would have been screwed.
The notice that you must mention "Card200" when you sign up is in tiny, almost illegible letters in the ad--and if you don't get wifi with DISH you'll be thinking $100 anyway.

By following through on what the say they are going to do. I have been waiting for my rebate form for 2 months when they told me it would be 3 weeks. They want your business but they don't give you what they promise. When I call my first words out of my mouth are "don't transfer me to dish". It's wrong and Dish Network...GoDISH is making you look terrible!
