I am recently a DISH customers. I Don't love dish but I like it. Very quality TV .program you do get the movies channel s free for several month's. I will somewhat recommend Dish to to co us u me rs. I do have one very big problem if you what to go on demand to search and watch movies you are required to have Internet. Not cool at all. I will be very happy if Dish had ever the air local channels. In that DISH customers will be able to watch on demands movies without Uzi g the Internet connection.
False advertising! Said blazing fast internet no matter where you live. THey sign me up for TV and then tell me internet is not included, that is $99 more and not available in my area. I tell them I want everything cancelled. they pass me from person to person telling me they are cancelling my account. 5 people later and on hold for 40 minutes before blowing up on them. They say my account has been cancelled.
So, we got a flier in the mail. Good timing, since I want to drop DirecTV. I left my info via the website, which said I'd get a call back the next day. 3 days later, still no call. DirecTV customer service has plummeted since the AT&T deal. I guess DISH is just as bad. What say you, DISH?

My Mother ordered the service that offers the 100.00 gift card. Was never told that she would be getting a form from elite fullfillment services. She called 3 times and they finally sent a form, but by the time she got it, filled it out and sent it back to Florida, They told her it was past the expiration date. The form was recieved by her Feb 10th mailed back Feb 20th and they recieved it Feb 27th. She should have had 30 days to get it back!!! Very disgusted Channel 4 is blocked out an the Bachelor has this week and next week left and cant watch it this week Also lately mine and my neighbors screen goes black for a few minutes on certain channels and it is not even storming
