They lie and none of the things promised were delivered all the offers they promised were lies
I ordered it and canceled install for next day and was charged 50.00 and 49.99 not to mention 4 different $1 charges to OK my card and was told when I canceled that the holds would simply drop off and my money would be back in my account. Low and behold today they are no longer holds but charges. That is called stealing and I assure you I will be reporting it if the funds are not back in my account within 24 hours this is ridiculous not to mention no one mentioned the hidden 49.99 fee for using a flyer instead of calling Dis... read more

Wish I had never switched to Dish! Hidden fees that caused me to have over drafts on my bank account and never received the gift card that was promised!! Very disappointed!!!!
I received a mailer from you that said in bold headlines, "No Contracts, No Commitments". I'm sorry to say that I opened it up only to read, "All offers require 24-month commitment." That, my friends, is the very definition of FALSE ADVERTISING.
It's been great for the last 8 years, never had a problem, never an out and I live in the country. customer service is the best and the price is awsome...$68 cant remember the price ever gone up. Wouldn't switch for a pot of gold.
