Please explain to me why I should continue with DISH! First my monthly fee has doubled! Then to stick it to me further, you dropped NBC and it's related channels. This was months ago! So, now I'm paying for channels I'm not getting and which were listed when I signed your lousy contract. COUNTING THE DAYS TO WHEN THE CONTRACT EXPIRES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was scheduled to have dish installed today between 12 noon and 5 pm. No one showed up. One voice mail after 5pm saying the tech could not find my house. I canceled the installation for today now I have to go though the whole process again. I am so fed up with people that don't do their jobs. I waited for 5 hours on something that never happened. Unless I am compensated for my time I don't think I will ever use or recommend Dish Network to anyone. This is completely unacceptable.
This place is a rip off, just like everyone else said, they never sent my gift card

So far everything is good. Have had receiving issues when raining or cloudy. Had dish repositioned now better reception. Glad that I am not with SuddenLink anymore.
Way to complicated for something simple. Not user friendly. I have requested another box three months ago and have yet to get a response. Really.......?!

Anything but excellent, poorest customer service and then that $49.99 rip off. Letting people think they are paying for the first month of service,when it go into Go Dish's Pocket. Lies told to people when asked "How much is going to cost ?" Then being told "Free, it is all free." I know people have to have jobs and make a living, but just disclose the information with out the snake oil.
